At Saa Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority. If something’s not right with your order, we’ll make it easy for you to return or get a refund, completely free.

 You Can Return If:

• The product is unused and in its original packaging.
• You request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

If the item is opened, used, or damaged by the customer, we won’t be able to accept the return.

 Return Window:

You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

Return & Refund Charges:

• No extra charges at all.

• Returns and refunds are 100% free.

 How Refunds Work:

• Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund.

• Your money will be returned to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
