 Orders & Payments:

• All orders must be paid at checkout using our secure payment methods.

• Make sure your delivery details are correct — we can’t take responsibility for delayed or lost orders due to incorrect addresses.

• Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you a confirmation by email or SMS.

 Shipping & Delivery:

• We deliver across KSA in 3 to 5 working days.

• Delivery is free on all orders.

• You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

 Returns & Refunds:

• You can return your item within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused and in original packaging.

• Returns & refunds are free, and refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

 Product Info & Images:

• We try to show all product images and descriptions as clearly as possible.

• Colors may vary slightly depending on your device screen.

 Our Rights:

• We reserve the right to update prices, product details, or terms at any time.

• We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or there’s a technical issue. In that case, you’ll get a full refund.
